Pest - Danube Corso

(Local Name: Dunakorzó) The bank of the Danube on the Pest side of the river between Chain Bridge and Elisabeth Bridge is locally known as the "Danube Corsõ (Dunakorzó). From here, especially when illuminated at night, there is a fantastic view of the Fishermen's Bastion, Matthias Church, Castle Palace, the Gellért Monument, the Citadel and the Freedom Monument on Gellért Hill.
