Description

The Ventura County Maritime Museum in Oxnard has one of the two largest collections of antique Prisoner of War sailing ship models in the United States. Models trace maritime history over 3,000 years from reed boats to modern day carriers. A marine art collection and navigation instruments are also on display at the Ventura County Maritime Museum.
