Larvik - Oslofjord
Southwest of Sandefjord, at the north end of the Larviksfjord, lies the town of Larvik. South of this is the seaside resort of Stavern, with the old coastal stronghold of Frederiksvern, built by King Frederick V in 1760 as a naval base (Citadel on the island of Citadelløy). Nearby are the smaller resorts of Helgeroa and Nevlunghamn.
