Osa Peninsula & Dulce Gulf - Drake Bay Bahía Drake
Drake Bay is an attractive area and a popular destination on the Osa Peninsula. Explorer Sir Francis Drake is believed to have visited the bay in March of 1579, and there is a monument of this event at Agujitas Point. From Drake Bay, several excursions are offered to surrounding attractions, including Corcovado National Park and Caño Island.
