The Oklahoma Frontier Drug Store Museum is located in the Gaffney building in Guthrie. Built in 1890, it originally held the Lillie Drug Store, the first drug store in Oklahoma. The museum highlights pharmacy/ drug store paraphernalia from drug stores across the state, beauty supplies, and a soda fountaion.

Oklahoma Territorial Museum
The Oklahoma Territorial Museum in Guthrie features artifacts, photographs and paintings that tell the story of the early settlers of Oklahoma. The Carnegie Library is located on the museum grounds.

Scottish Rite Temple
The Temple of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry in Guthrie is a Masonic Center located in a Greek Revival building. The site comprises the first legislative hall of the state government and the largest Scottish Rite Masonic Temple in the United States.

State Capital Publishing Museum
The State Capital Publishing Museum in Guthrie is located in a restored 1902 Victorian commercial building that was one of the first buildings in Oklahoma to be included in the National Register of Historic Places. Exhibits include printing and book-binding equipment from 1889-1916.
