The Lake Erie Nature and Science Center in Bay Village is a unique facility offering a variety of programs, largely targeted at children. One of the most popular elements of the center is the wildlife rehabilitation area. The wildlife center takes in up to 1,000 injured animals each year, and uses live animals in programs in an attempt to instill an appreciation for wildlife in young people.

Mayfield - Mayfield Township Historical Society Museum, Ohio

The Mayfield Township Historical Society Museum in Mayfield is a museum in process, still accumulating artifacts for its collection. The museum is housed in the Bennett and Van Curen House which was moved and restored. The home is also occupied by the Mayfield Quilters workshop and the Mayfield Village Garden Club.
