Portstewart Attractions

From Coleraine the route returns to the coast, coming after 6mi/10km to Portstewart (pop. 4,000), which has beautiful sandy beaches and a picturesque harbor. Portrush, 4mi/6km to the east, is also good for bathing and has good views across to the offshore Skerry Islands.

The road continues on to the Giant's Causeway, passing the 14th C. Dunauce Castle, built on an isolated crag and linked with the mainland by a bridge.
