The Musée d'Art et d'Histoire in Nice is housed in the Palais Masséna (65, Rue de France). It contains relics of the Roman era, works of the Nice school of painting (Bréa, Durandi, etc.), Italian and Provençal porcelain, a collection devoted to regional history and culture and including the Nice watercolorists of the 19th C. A large collection of arts and crafts and the Félix Joubert collection of weapons can also be seen.
