Liverpool - Salt Museum Attractions

The Salt Museum presents the Onondaga salt industry during the 19th century when Syracuse earned the name "Salt City". It was America's leading salt manufacturing community. Exhibits include the full scale reconstruction of an 1856 boiling block, a "sights and sounds" tour of a 19th century salt worker's neighborhood, and re-created craft shops.
