Hicksville Attractions
Hicksville is home to Gates of Paradise, a full scale replica of the 15th century Golden Doors designed by Lorenzo Ghiberti.
The Hicksville Gregory Museum features a mineral collection, a moth and butterfly collection with native species from Long Island, and a display that consists of a pair of eggs from the early Cretaceous period, one hundred million years old. They are unique in that the skeletons of the baby dinosaurs are intact.
