Alexandria Bay Attractions
Alexandria Bay has cultural and historical characteristics that are regularly maintained. Boldt Castle is located here as well as the Antique Boat Museum.
1000 Islands Skydeck
Three observation decks provide visitors with a view of the 1000 Islands and St Lawrence River.
Boldt Castle
The castle was started in 1900 as a gift from George Boldt to his wife, Louise. Unfortunately, Louise died in 1904 and construction ceased at that time. The Thousand Islands Bridge Authority acquired the property in 1977 and began to restore and repair the property so as to open it to the public.

Empire Boat Lines
Narrated tours of the Thousand Islands and the area around Alex Bay are featured by Empire Boat Lines. Some of the sights include the shortest international bridge and Boldt Castle.
Minna Anthony Common Nature Center
The nature center is found within the Wellesley Island State Park. It is a 600 acre wildlife sanctuary with 8 miles of trails. The visitor center has nature exhibits and trails for cross-country skiing.
Uncle Sam Boat Tours
Cruises of the Thousand Islands aboard double and triple-deck paddlewheelers are available. Lunch and dinner cruises are available during the summer.
