Bretton Woods - Mount Washington Hotel Attractions

The Mount Washington Hotel at Bretton Woods was completed in 1902 and built in Spanish Renaissance style. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It features a 27-hole PGA golf course.

Mount Washington Cog Railway

The cog-driven Mount Washington Cog Railway made its first climb on July 3, 1869. Today, this coal-fired train is still taking skiers and sightseers to the top of Mount Washington. On a clear day, the view from the summit of Mount Washington spans four states. The round trip cog ride takes approximately three hours, this includes a 20 minute stop at the summit.
