Vogelenzang Attractions

Three km/2mi beyond Bennebroek is Vogelenzang, with the Frans Roozen nurseries. From here N 206 continues through bulb-fields which are continuously in bloom from April to mid May to Noordwijk- Binnen (14km/8.5mi), from which a detour can be made to the popular seaside resort of Noordwijk aan Zee, 2km/1.25mi west. From Noordwijk-Binnen the road continues to Katwijk aan den Rijn, 3km/2mi west of which is Katwijk aan Zee. Here we leave the main road and take the road which runs via Valkenburg to Leiden, turning northwest from there to Oegsgeest and then west via Warmond to Sassenheim, and from there on N 208 to Lisse.
