Mayhew Cabin & Historical Village (formerly John Brown's Cave) Description
The Mayhew Cabin is a log home built by Allen Mayhew in 1855. It was part of the underground railway for escaped slaves. Just west of the house was John Brown's Cave. The village is a 1900s rural village that features 10 shops, a brick street and wooden sidewalks.
