Munich - St Mary's Church in Thalkirchen Sankt Maria in Thalkirchen
The site of Sankt Maria in Thalkirchen was already occupied in the 13th C. by a Late Romanesque church, of which the tower and east wall of the nave can still be seen. The present church was constructed in several phases from about 1400. It was remodeled in the Baroque style at the end of the 17th C., and in 1907-08 a Neo-Baroque extension was added (west side) by Gabriel von Seidl.
