Description
Of historical interest is a visit to the Fort Ile Ste-Hélène, the old fort built as an arsenal by the British in 1820 and restored to hold the Stewart Museum, a collection of firearms, maps, navigational instruments, etc. In the summer uniformed soldiers recreate the military drill of the 18th c.
