St Goar

The German Doll and Teddy Bear Museum has over 3,000 dolls and teddy bears are on display. They are from various periods in time and from around the world.

The ruined castle of Burg Rheinfels dominates the passage of the Lorelei. It was originally built in 1254. The castle is historically recognized as having been dismantled by the French in 1797. The castle stood as a mighty fortress, this evidence is found through plans and illustrations found in the former chapel.

Situated in the valley of the Rhine, Maus Castle is an excellent place to view falconry displays.
