Sandwich Attractions
Sandwich is an attractive little New England town at the west end of Cape Cod. It was a considerable centre of the glass industry in the 19th century, as is illustrated in the local Glass Museum.
Dexter's Grist Mill
The Mill, in the historic section of Sandwich, was built between 1640 and 1646. Originally equipped with a water wheel, Dexter's Grist Mill was later replaced with a steel turbine. In 1961 the Mill was restored to it's 1700's design.
