The town maintains many Federalist homes built in the 1800's, Lowell's Boat Shop and The Little Farm.
Cushing House is a Federalist home from the prosperous shipbuilding era. The rooms are filled with silver, furniture, portraits, clocks, needlework and other items from around New England, the Orient, and other foreign ports.
