The St Clement's Island Museum was established to present the prehistory and history of the area. Visitors can view local artifacts that are housed within the Little Red Schoolhouse (a one-room schoolhouse from 1820), farm equipment and historic watercraft such as the two Potomac River Dory Boats from the early 1900s.
