Brno is the second most populated city in the Czech Republic. Although the city has a long history, unfortunately most of what visitors see are remnants from the communist era, with basic concrete buildings dominating the landscape. One of the highlights in Brno is the Tugendhat Villa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
