Brasil's capital city of Brasilia is a modern purpose built city in the country's interior which became the capital in 1960. Although it has no real history it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Some of the most impressive sites include the unique modern Cathedral, the Palacio dos Arcos, and the Praca dos Tres Poderes.
