Remich Attractions

Remich is a tourist town, and important commercial center, on the European highway Saarbrücken-Luxembourg. It is a picturesque place at the foot of vineyards and on the bank of the Moselle. Its quarters are lovely, with old streets and historic remains.

There is a tree-shaded river promenade (Esplanade), panoramic views and picnic spots. There are also motorboat and pleasure boat trips on the Moselle. The quay for the MS Princesse Marie-Astrid is here as well.

Recreation in Remich is available on two tennis courts, a mini-golf course, covered skating rink, fitness trail, cycling path, camping facilities and in a heated swimming pool. There is a miniature train in the town as well. In Remich there is entertainment offered throughout the whole season.
