Nospelt Attractions

The village of Nospelt is the former capital of Luxembourg earthenware with production dating back to 1458. There are several amateur potters practicing art in the town, and there is a pottery museum. The "Eimaischen", a popular pottery festival, is held each Easter Monday in the village. A Day of Pottery and Handicraft is held the last Sunday in July and an antiques fair is held on the first Sunday in August. There are pleasant walks in and around Nospelt. Historical ruins are near Goeblange where Gallo-Roman villas have been partially reconstructed.
