Brandenbourg Attractions

Brandenbourg, Bastendorf, Landscheid and Tandel are situated in the valley of the Blees, only a few kilometers from Diekirch and Vianden. The area is dominated by the ruins of the 10th C. Brandenbourg castle. The "Al Branebuerg" museum tells the story of the castle (open year round) and of life in the village. There is a church dating back to 1350 with a Late Baroque altar. Also in the area are the Our Lady of Mercy chapel, old farms, an ancient mill and an auto-pedestrian circuit with many vistas.
