Esplanade du Rosaire Description
In Lourdes, at the west end of the Esplanade des Processions is the Esplanade du Rosaire, where the daily procession ends and is followed by the blessing of the sick. On the west side of the square is the Romanesque/Byzantine Basilica of the Rosary (1885-1889), which can accommodate 5,000 worshippers.
