Lancaster - Lancaster Quilt & Textile Museum

Lancaster Quilt & Textile Museum is housed in the Lancaster Trust Building in downtown Lancaster. The museum was born when the Heritage Center acquired the Esprit Collection of Lancaster County Amish Quilts in 2002.

The permanent collection at the Lancaster Quilt & Textile Museum is comprised of quilts produced by Amish women between 1870 and the 1940s. Other exhibits highlight the history of the Amish and the process of making a quilt.
