Located on the Sun 'n Fun EAA Fly-In convention site on the southwest corner of Lakeland Linder Regional Airport, this museum displays aircraft and related memorabilia in a 20, 000 square-foot facility. There are homebuilt airplanes, antique and classic aircraft, military planes, ultra-lites and other special exhibits. It also has a 1,300-square-foot library with more than 4,000 aviation books and 27,000 magazines.

The displays incorporate what was formerly the Weeks Air Museum moved from Miami.
