Description
The Camonica Valley, which spans from the northern tip of Lago d' Iseo at Lovere, north to Edolo is littered with prehistoric rock engravings. The engravings depict the daily life of the people who inhabited the site during the paleolithic era (8000-5000 BC). Naquane National Park provides interpretive information and makes viewing the engravings easily accessible.
