Pico Bonito National Park Parque Nacional Pico Bonito

Lush Pico Bonito is one of the most diverse parks in Honduras. Pico Bonito covers an area that goes from sea level to as high as 2,200m/7,300ft, boasting the largest change of altitude in Honduras.

Following the trails branching out from the Visitor's Center it is possible to visit some of the lower parts of the park, with or without a guide, through the park's unmarred rainforest as butterflies flit and jaguars prowl nearby.
