St Lucia Wetland Park - Nature Reserves

Farther north of St Lucia Wetland Park, near the Mozambique border, there are two interesting nature reserves, the Kosi Bay Nature Reserve and the Ndumu Game Reserve. Also very rewarding are the Mkuzi Game Reserve and the Hluhluwe and Umfolozi Game Reserves.

There are also a number of luxurious private game parks in this area, among them the Phinda Resource Reserve (area 17,000 ha/42,000ac), to the west of N 2, between the Hluhluwe and Mkuzi reserves.
