Jostedal

The village of Jostedal (alt. 201m/660ft), 25km/15mi from Røneid, has a wooden church of 1660. The road continues over the Høgbru (bridge); then at Gjerde a narrow road goes off on the left into the Krundal. This road is followed as far as Berset, above which to the south towers Høgenipa (1,535m/5,036ft).
