Midleton - Jameson Heritage Center Attractions
6mi/10km to the west of Castlemartyr, which lies to the southwest of Killeagh, is Midleton, a busy little market and industrial town with a handsome 18th C. Market House and a church designed by the Pain brothers (19th C).
The principal feature, however, is the Jameson Heritage Centre which is housed in mill buildings dating from the end of the 18th C.

Barryscourt Castle
The castle is an example of 15th C. tower and 16th C. alterations and additions. The ground floor is an exhibition of the history of the Barry family and the castle.
