Jalandhar - Science City Attractions

Spread over 72 acres, Science City is the biggest science project in India. Science City has several well-known attractions, which make it a unique destination for the tourists visiting Punjab. These include a 23 meter dia tilted Dome Theatre which shows Large Format Films (I-Max type) through a special projector imported from Japan. A Laser Theatre, (which has been set up for the first time in the country), a Virtual Reality 3-D show, Flight Simulator, Earthquake Simulator, Dinosaurs Park etc. There are a large number of interactive exhibits, on the subjects of Space, Astronomy, Aviation, health and fun science providing hands on experience.

The Science City also has a 1 km long lake, around Dinosaurs Park for boating activities.
