Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament show is presented inside a replica medieval-style castle. The castle at Schaumburg is the largest of the Medieval Times castles. A feast is served while knights on horseback compete for the maiden's hand.
Spring Valley is a refuge of 135 acres of fields, forests, marshes and streams. There are hiking trails and a museum with natural history displays. Volkening Heritage Farm takes visitors back to life in the 1880s with costumed interpreters. They can participate in daily chores, family activities and games.
