Paris - Museum of Air and Space Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace

This Paris Air and Space museum contains information on air and space travel.

It is one of the world's most significant aviation museums, particularly noteworthy for its collection of artifacts and aircraft from the beginning of manned flight to the end of World War I.

This collection should not be missed by anyone having an interest in the pioneering period of aviation. Also included are several galleries devoted to: French designs between the wars; war-time aircraft of most of the combatant powers; many of the prototypes developed by French industry since 1945; the French Air Force during the Cold War; sport aviation from the 1920s to the present and space exploration.

As well as the indoor exhibits several aircraft are on display outside, including one of the Concorde prototypes to which entry is possible.
