Le Bourget
Le Bourget, on the northern outskirts of Paris, is one of the city's three airports, established in 1914. Charles Lindbergh landed here in 1927 after his famous transatlantic flight. The Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace has a large collection of material illustrating the development of flying from 1884 to 1945.
