Little Pest Attractions Kispest

Kispest (Little Pest) has existed only since 1871 and is now part of District XIX. It is the headquarters of a number of large industrial concerns, including engineering works, the Ganz industrial combine, textile factories, etc.

Of particular interest from the town-planning point of view is the so-called "Wekerle Settlement", which was methodically laid out on a chess-board pattern between 1908 and 1925. It comprises more than 1000 dwellings.
