Hoorn - Old Houses

There are numerous old house fronts of the 16th and 17th centuries, particularly in Grote Noord, Bierkade and Grote Oost. In Achterstraat are the St-Sebastiaans-Doelen (1615), the headquarters of the marksmen's guild of St Sebastian, and the Oude Vrouwenhuis (1610), which was an old ladies' home.
