Honolulu - Adobe Schoolhouse

The Adobe Schoolhouse was built seven years before the Kawaiahao Church in 1835 from adobe (hardened lime). The Oahu Charity School was first accommodated here, then a kindergarten, the Hawaiian Bible Society and the Kawaiahao Sunday School. Today, the 157-year-old building is used as a day nursery.
