High Point Museum

The High Point Museum, located in the city of the same name, opened its doors 37 years ago. Since that time countless visitors have enjoyed the collections contained within its walls which deal primarily with artifacts and history of the local area. The museum also hosts national and international traveling exhibits in its gallery spaces. Also located at the High Point Museum is the Historical Park where numerous buildings have been restored and costumed interpreters recreate life from the late 17th and early 18th Centuries.
