St Olaf's Church Description
St. Olaf's Church in Helsingør, a Late Gothic brick edifice, was completed 1480-1559. Note the remains of its Romanesque predecessor, the Baptistery with paintings by Joakim Skovgaard, the Chapel of the Holy Trinity and numerous epitaphs. The church has been a cathedral since 1961.
