Hayward Area Historical Society Museum

 
The Hayward Area Historical Society celebrates the diverse heritage of the community through educational programs, interpretive exhibitions, and the preservation of historic sites and artifacts. The Downtown Museum offers a permanent exhibition on the history of the Hayward area; new changing exhibitions on a variety of historical topics every three months; a Curiosity Clubhouse for children to explore hands-on activities; and school and public programs.
