Hatta Pools

The Hatta Pools are very popular with day tourists as a spot for relaxation and swimming. The Hatta Pools is a group of fissures that run through the valley amid the Hajar Mountains. The Pools are a dramatic sight, hidden from view until you reach them.

The multi-layered rocks have been molded by years of the water filling the pools. Swimming is permitted in the Hatta Pools, however lack of rainfall can mean that they are too low.

Visitors can get almost to the Hatta Pools by vehicle but within a short distance from the pools, you must walk to reach them. The spring water also hides a waterfall inside the canyon.
