Bluenose II Description
The "Bluenose II" was the winner of the International Fishing Trophy in 1921, which it held for the whole of its career, before being taken out of service in 1963 to act as a good will ambassador for Nova Scotia. In summer it does duty as a harbor sight-seeing schooner.

Since 1937, the image of Original Bluenose has graced the Canadian dime.
