Trois-Rivieres Attractions
Trois-Rivières is a small coastal village typical of the island. Rusting tin roofs contrast quaintly with the blue water, and a ferry to Les Saintes leaves from the dock.
Allée Dumanoir
Allée Dumanoir in Trois-Rivieres is an avenue lined with 400 Royal palm trees planted around 1850 by the writer Pinel Dumanoir. It leads to a bridge over the Carbet hot spring.
Archaeological Gardens
At Parc Archéologique des Roches Gravées visitors will find a botanical garden built around a series of petroglyphs carved into boulders by the Arawaks in the 4th C. Guadeloupe is renowned among archaeologists as home to the largest concentration of ancient inscribed stones in the world.

Chutes du Carbet
Visitors who drive inland from the coast road will see the triple waterfall of Chutes du Carbet cascading down the eastern face of the la Soufrière massif, from a height of 115m/377ft. Hikers can ascend a path to lookouts over each falls, and a further hike will take them up to the peak of la Soufrière volcano.
