Pointe-Noire Attractions
Pointe-Noire is a typical town of the northeast coast of Basse-Terre, with white and blue painted wooden buildings, fishing boats along the shore, and a nearby beach; all set in an area of black volcanic rock and mountain shadows.
Anse de la Barque
At Anse de la Barque visitors will find a picturesque bay surrounded by coconut palms. Hikers can follow the Trace de Crétes from here, and sightseers can visit the quaint seaside hamlet of Marigot.
Maison du Bois

Waterfall Acomat
Visitors who take a short 15 minute hike from Pointe-Noire will come to Waterfall Acomat where they can bathe in the waterfall's basin.
