Ghent - Kraanlei Houses

Further along the Kraanlei from the Museum voor Volkskunde is house Nr. 75, "De Klok" dating from the 17th C. with a spiral staircase and decorated with numerous allegorical reliefs. On the ground floor are care and temperance, love, faith and hope in the first floor with justice and strength above the roof window. No. 77, "De Zeven Werken van Barmhartigheid", and No. 79, "Het Vliegend Hert" are Baroque 17th C. town houses, decorated with exquisite reliefs.
