Schloss Hertenfels
The well preserved Schloss Hertenfels is a Renaissance castle with a 45 m Watchman's Tower.
St Mary's Church
Near the Torgau Castle stands St Mary's Church, a prominent landmark. It contains the tomb of Luther's wife Katharina von Bora (1499-1552). There is a commemorative plaque on the house at Katharinenstrasse 11 in which she died.
