Thomasville - Pebble Hill Plantation Attractions

The Pebble Hill Plantation in Thomasville began in 1827 when the original house was built. In 1850 the original structure was replaced with a new house which was mostly destroyed in a 1934 fire. The east wing of the house was saved, along with many of the furnishings, and incorporated into the new mansion which still stands.

The main house features collections of art, 19th Century furniture, porcelain, silver, crystal, and glassware.

The plantation is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
